Your salespeople won’t hit big numbers unless your marketing is on-track.
Your sales can be closed much faster and at higher profitability if you’re marketing your products and services effectively. You may need a tweak here and there, better technology integration, a breakthrough idea or two, or a fundamental change in your branding. On rare occasion it takes a major change in marketing direction to drive sales through the roof. Here are some questions to consider:
- Have you been spending too much on advertising that isn’t paying off?
- Do advertising, design or web firms have you over a barrel (telling you what to do and controlling the creative, even though it doesn’t feel right)?
- Have you put yourself on the cutting edge of marketing technology…and found out that you’re bleeding? (For most companies, simplicity is better than the opposite.)
- Have you adopted a marketing strategy that’s failing or backfiring?
- Have you been spending too much money on Adsense or other Pay-Per-Click services?
- Is your website efficient at generating leads for your products and services?
- Is your website efficient at converting browsers into buyers?
- You’ve heard about the new Internet marketing technologies and tools (Web 2.0, social networking, LinkedIn, blogging, etc.), but are they a good idea for your company?
We’re not going to take over your marketing efforts, because that’s not how we work. But my team and I will consult with you so that you can make better, more informed decisions. And, better yet, we can refer you to vendors that won’t hold you hostage or rip you off!
